In October 2016, The Rock Angus embarked upon embryo transfers for the first time under the expert guidance of Dr. Udo Mahne from Embryo-Life (click here to visit website). This has allowed us to make significant improvements in the genetic merit of our herd.
We run ET programs in April and October which allows us to offer 18 month old ET bulls at our annual spring bull sales in addition to yearling and two year old bulls. At each of our spring bull sales, our 18 month old ET bulls have proved very popular and have sold strongly.
